Unnamed Trialist Posted May 30, 2022 Share Posted May 30, 2022 Vitoria half-injured, older, now relegated, Henry not playing now, Cornelius not in the latest call (perhaps him not playing a minute last window is a factor, he did not look happy), suggests some mismanagement of the Centre Back situation. But this already started with the unnecessary experiment with Hutchinson when Cornelius should have gotten those minutes. Then everyone is all worried about Laryea maybe not getting enough minutes in EPL next season. Our real problem is in the centre of the defence and Herdman does not seem to be waking up to it. The Cornelius thing was disappointing. Greece is not a bad level and he was actually playing regularly, though picking up a lot of yellows.
