With this point I think that ensures they are in B2 for next season. When this one started I felt--and posted-- that what Scott needed was to have a full year at this level. It consolidates him enormously, and though we'd speculated with him getting a transfer up, especially after Jahn having a good start to the season, getting another year in B2 is great for his career. He still could see some offers, even from stronger B2 teams of which there are a few (though Schalke and Werder Bremen look like they may promote up). They can't get promoted and the can't get relegated. 2 more matches left now but with nothing to play for. Scott had a three year contract so he will have one year left. So maybe the injury was just a knock and not that serious. If a transfer is brewing, then I am less worried. If not, this doesn't bode well. Went from an important piece for them (and if memory serves, worried he would get poached) to not really playing...
