Just that he shares an agent with Jonathan David apparently.

The young man is from Laval it seems:

And since we remain obsessed with losing players to other countries, to answer the unstated question ( if the last name didn't already make it obvious), he is, like David, of Haitian backround.

Apparently he's been to camps for Haiti U17.

He was with Haiti at 2019 u17 World Cup but didn't end up playing any minutes

Jules-Anthony, who wears the colors of the Saint-Laurent U13 AA team, will be making his second appearance and his last chance to represent Canada at the world final.

Last year, Jules-Anthony had some exhilarating moments to say the least, taking part in the national final of the 15th edition of the Danone Nations Cup, held at Stade Saputo, in Montreal.

“I will give everything to come out with the victory against the West team. I don't want to lose like last year, ”insists the one who will play as a midfielder.

“I can't wait to play at the Montreal Alouettes stadium. It will be the first time for me, ”he adds.

Steps

The young athlete from Sainte-Dorothée is officially one of the 11 players of the Eastern Team, which brings together the best football fans between 10 and 12 years old from Quebec and Ontario.

Chosen among 5000 players, he was able to go through all the stages of the various selection camps to find himself in the formation of the East.

“It's not a big surprise to have been selected. I was confident, because I dominated in all facets of the game, ”humbly mentions the former Delta color-bearer.

To Morocco

The winning team will represent Canada at the international final of the Nations Cup scheduled for the fall in Morocco.

Jules-Anthony would love to show them his talent by playing against some of the best soccer teams from the 32 participating countries.

“I will give my all to represent Canada in Morocco. I want to know the best game of my career. I hope to beat the West, ”concludes the sixth grade student at Saint-François Elementary School.

( and @Shortdutchcanuck , re-posting the entire article in Google Translate version that I had previous linked to is a pure Robert move! ;) )

He doesn't come around much anymore.  Someone has to fill the role of stubborn and nostly nonsensical Dutchman.  (Those are big wooden shoes to fill though)
