He’s not coming back let’s be real. I’m looking at his body language and the frustration is evident and rightfully so. 
 

only hope is Dias on his own realizing that the players on the best isn’t our best U-23 and that we actually have players who can play with him.

If this is what turns him towards Portugal, then he was never really going to stay anyway.

Playing for your country is a calling.  It supersedes dumb coaches.  It supersedes terrible game plans.  If this is what changes your mind about playing for your country, then your heart was never in it in the first place.  And I don't want players whose hearts aren't in it.

This team just isn't very good, it looked promising after the first match but the last two matches were poor and so many players disappointed me, we are in for a beating vs Mexico!

FWIW - watching this game reminds me of how I used to feel watching the senior team play many games.  Lots of effort but overall a bit frustrating and not super impressed.   
 

I am just glad that I don’t usually feel like this when the men play these days.

cripes its the last play of the game and you have a chance to pull out miracle and win a game you had no business winning.  And you come up with that kind of kick on a set piece?  I expect better in a U12 Match
