I thought David looked sharp in what I saw (only caught second half). Hold up play and running the channels were impressive too. DeRo_Is_King
Apart from the nerve-wracking start, that was a real treat to watch. Excellent game for David. dyslexic nam, Dominic94 and jhoops__
pod818
Really nice finish on both goals. Amazing to see. Each one of these goals will raise his transfer value by several million come December DeRo_Is_King and Dominic94

InglewoodJack
Next step is seeing him score against good teams. Montpellier played half the match down a man and they looked absolutely terrible. Next week is against Marseille so hopefully Lille shows up better than they did against the last top of table club they played.

pod818
It shows how bad Lille coaching was last year that they can sell 100million dollars worth of players and still be mid table or better this year jhoops__, Dominic94, king1010 and 1 other

He’s already shown that he can score against top teams, but it would be good if he continues to do so Dominic94, Stryker911, fookisan and 6 others

A pessimistic view to look at his goals this year (#5 in League 1!) is that he scored two braces and nothing in 4 games. Interestingly enough, the last goals he scored last season came as a brace against Nice. He's proven he can score against the best of the best, I guess what I'm trying to say is that i hope that instead of only scoring in bunches, he can regain his consistency, and get some in against the top teams in the country. Hope he gets on a little hot streak now.

Playing with him will be very helpful and he'll replace Sanches as the most creative Lille player. johnyb, Jack1997, Ivan and 3 others
Dominic94
If he can continue to be this consistent i don’t see why a big club doesn’t buy him. Leeds move would have been good though. rightback

It actually had nothing to do with your grammar, just your analysis of where David's goals were coming from that was completely off base as @Aird25 pointed out. 😉
