Ottawa is also seeded higher than CPL and along with MLS teams, which I am sure we will all agree is weird (that's me being polite for all the young Voyageurs out there). And the whole idea that Canadians playing for Ottawa being punished is just mean (also, me being polite). Also, the idea that Herdman will be less likely to notice a Canadian playing in the USL is pretty insulting to Herdman's abilities as a coach/manager. And I can't speak to who is pretty here on the forums, having never met any of you. But Matty does look strangely familiar.
