The first one I would say should have been given. He played for it, but was legit fouled. Stone cold penalty. 
 

Second one was dicey. He was shielding Davies off the ball and sort of forceful about it. Debatable.

IMO, Eustaqiuo one was for sure, Davies one is a tough ask but I've seen them given before.

His head is directly over the ball when he's bowled over. Plus it's immaterial where the ball is, he could have already shot or passed and it would still be a foul.

That’s a penalty IMO. He crashed though the back of him. He knew what he was doing for sure, but it’s no less of a foul.

Seen them given against us for sure.  Not sure how anyone could argue the stack one though. And davies is the best player in concacaf, he should get that 50/50 call

FYI: The official explanation is that not all Concacaf stadiums are equipped to have an adequate VAR setup.
