If we just had the platform for them to get national team reps! In time. He's a liability if his level is starter level, and more so if he has such poor support. So potential, a lot of work to do, and a mark against his teammates for leaving him to do so much alone. And yet the kid has now scored 7 goals in 44 MLS games, and he's just 20. This is why we need more games. You're right, he is not anywhere close to a full A selection, but obviously something is there to have that strike rate, especially considering half of those games (or more) he was playing as a midfielder. We need more camps like a Jan Camp Poutine for the coach to see how the fringe guys fit in and if any of them might be able to contribute to the CMNT full squad. But we all know with the shit show that is the CSA that our program will be pinching pennies for the forseeable future. The good (and I guess kinda bad) news for us is that Jamaica are growing their depth as well, albeit with English kids who are very willing to commit to Jamaica in their early 20s now.
