This tweet seems to indicate that Bassong may not be at Anderlecht, but will arrive next year?

Too bad our Bassong Zorhan (??) decided too late. But good, he will catch up next season.

I'm looking at it, but it could mean tons of things. The person who wrote that works for the Francophone clubs in Belgium and is someone not from Anderlecht and it could have meant that he couldn't be made available for that competition before they chose to.

Hmmm, that's true it could mean he'll be there for next year's tournament....also, it appears that Bassong is either a '99 or 2000 born player (depending on the age cut-off for that U15 tournament).

Harry Paton not listed on the Fulham U18's page:

http://www.fulhamfc.com/the-teams/u18s/player-profiles

This Tweet from football agent, Jon hassall, says maybe he is still there:

On the road to Fulham to watch @BeswicksSports client and Canadian star of the future Harry Paton @BeswicksSportNA #teambeswicks

6:57am - 26 Jul 14

This article suggests he is still over at Fulham too:

"Paton returns to England this week to resume training with the Fulham Academy in London, and Saleh will leave for British Columbia later this month to join the Vancouver Whitecaps FC Residency."

I really like what the CSA is doing.  Look at how many players they brought in.

I don't doubt he's over there training with them, but training and being signed to a contract are two different things. You have to sign with the club to make the MOACA.

The CSA is not a reliable source, let's avoid posting solely their club listings as evidence.

As i reported last month in post 829 Manolache has joined the academy of Ligue 2 side Le Havre. His parents are moving to France to make the move happen, so this is an official signing (source was an email from ANB Futbol). Madmonted, if you want to wait until he shows on the clubs youth roster that's cool too.

Yeah, fair enough. I misinterpreted your post as meaning he had left/been released.

I apologize if this has been posted, but AJ Gray (sort of played for TFC in their first season) has recently signed with OPS in Finland (3rd tier).

I think he now goes by Andrew Gray.

I didn't even know this guy was still playing soccer at a professional level.

Michael Cox has moved to Atletico in the Portugese second division

@Canucks_Abroad Michael Cox did not dress for Atletico though

@GluArgIleCys @Canucks_Abroad whats this about Cox? No longer at KuPS?

@sean_clarke7 @Canucks_Abroad He has moved to Portuguese club Atletico that plays in the portuguese second division

Cox is on their wiki page, FWIW. This is the second tier, same league as Pacheco's Santa Clara. Atletico look like a weak side so maybe Cox will get some minutes.

Same league as TFC's Jordan Hamilton is loaned to. Hamilton got playing time in both games so far. Some fans have called him lazy though, so this shows the difference between USL pro and Portugal 2.

I watched Hamilton's first appearance and he played as a typical central forward. I was a little disappointed that he didn't do some effort to get the ball ball possession but I must say he got in messy situation as Trofense were behind 2 - 3 and Benfica B had most of the ball possession. However, if you can't get service from your teammates, then you should try to help your team and move to the line of midfielders, otherwise it feels the team play with 10 players on the field.
