Latest changes have been made.  Regarding James, an article on the Tonbridge website dated April 1st referred to Evan James as their "latest recruit".  I'm worried, because the game after he scored a goal, he was gone from the team for the next 2 games.  Possible injury?

I dunno, what's going on. I wish someone would figure out his status. This is driving me nuts :D

Well here we go again. Think this would be of interest to some. Before the coments on the level, the division, the money, the fame etc, as his brother, he is there for the love of the game and to see where this experience will take him. He would love nothing else but to make a career of this and definately has the right mindset and physical ability.

For what it's worth - just posted a round-up of Canadian coaches abroad at my blog.  Coming to canucks-abroad.ca soon.

Also looking at Canadians in more specialized and non-coaching roles - including our very own Max Bell!

Josh Wagenaar is assistant coach at LA Tech: http://www.latechsports.com/sports/w-soccer/mtt/josh_wagenaar_837021.html

Alen Marcina coaches San Antonio, although, like Watson and Miller, I predict he won't last the full season.

Am I correct in my research?  Gimo IF FK lists themselves as a division 4 team (it appears) on their own website, which would place them as being in the 6th tier of Swedish football.  But the translation I got is messy, am I accurate on this?  As you say, I'm not trying to comment as much on the division, just trying to make it clear so I know for the list :)

Looks like Kennedy Owusu-Ansah has left Ottawa Fury and has gone back to Finland (with Inter Turku) - at least for one match...

He is not listed on their squad so I'm not sure what the deal is...

Link here shows him as part of a squad:

Trial?

He was on trial there played some league cup matches. He's actually signed at a South 3rd division club named SaiPA (Short for Salon Palloilijat)

No real link yet, unless you count my own blog, but former CSL defender Hugo Delmaire will play in PDL with the LA Misonerios.Told me himself, is tweeting from LA since a week or so.

Also on the Facebook page of the FSQ, they say that young FC Gatineau (PLSQ) goalkeeper, Félix Clapin-Girard, will join Colomiers in 3rd division in France (or maybe 4th division if they get relegated...)

keep us up to date on that! I love when players go to France for some reason. There's so few of them there and I've always wondered why.
