Nicaragua are in the CAFU-CFU playoff against Haiti. Armando Cooper scored the goal that caused Costa Rica to finish 4th. So currently it's Canada, US, Mexico, Honduras, Panama, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Curacao, Martinique, French Guiana and Jamaica in the Gold Cup. You gotta figure with trinidad and Guatemala both being left off you gotta think we need to be in the quarters at least. Then again we need to score first. They did back in 2011 for this game (in Detroit): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2011_CONCACAF_Gold_Cup_Group_C The distance is similar from Toronto but you can't do a bus pickups in London/Windsor for Cleveland.
