Good luck to Stillo, though!
Fussball_eh
I double checked, and actually in this case I don't! I clicked on the wrong guy! But usually soccerway lists their passport. 90% of the time, if their nationality on transfermarket is spelled Kanada, it's a good indication that it's their secondary nation, at least for some of the more obscure guys, but I've seen exceptions. In this case for my proof I clicked on the wrong Gajic. There is no players for Regensburg II listed on soccerway, so it's hard to say, I don't know what color to list him at. You got any more info to help me with it? This is the killer thing of dredging up players from transfermarket, the new way I set this thread up is to let people judge just how canadian they are, because so many guys on the lists have a tenuous connection. I wanted to make a list that made it much easier to follow who is actually in our stream, and who may not be Like I said, I told you I would find out more about him. I made an interview with him today. Read it here: http://www.fussballeh.com/item/32-interview-with-srdjan-gajic-of-jahn-regensburg

Fussball_eh
Thanks for this. Amazing site! You're welcome and thanks for the praise that certainly always feels good. By the way it is tough to run a website like that all by yourself. So I am still looking for authors :-).

Pre-season training (already!) has started for AS Trencin, and there is no sign of Marek Malamura. http://www.astrencin.sk/spravy/index.php?clanok=3552 I think I noticed that and removed during my big edit a couple weeks ago? Already off the list, anyways

rob.notenboom
Simeon Jackson to Millwall? Just a rumour but there has been so little talk about him I thought I'd share this anyway: http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11735/8776719/Transfer-news-Steve-Lomas-looking-to-take-Simeon-Jackson-to-Millwall
Max
There is rumour that de Guzman would play for Wisla Krakow. http://eurosport.onet.pl/pilka-nozna/ekstraklasa/robert-demjan-glownym-celem-transferowym-franciszk,1,5541182,wiadomosc.html The article is in Polish, so let me translate the part about de Guzman "The ex Polish national coach wants Julian De Guzman in Wisla. The 32 year old Canadian would bring some competition to defensive midfielders. The player was a part of Jan Regensburg team, where Smuda was head coach. de Guzman played 61 times for Canadian National Team and was dress up 15 times for his previous club. The decision will be make next week".

xcalibre
Adding to guys OFF THE LIST Filip Prostran - FK Mladost Apatin (Srpska Liga Vojvodina) (3) (seriously, what league do they play in? Chasing down accuracy in serbia is ridiculous to find a one * guy, especially a 3rd tier one that may have gotten relegated according to wiki. Fact is you can't find a match result for them past 2011. Frustrated on this one cuz transfermarket actually does list him as there, but unless this club has a nickname, 3rd tier Serbia is too borderline to chase this down for more than the half hour already spent. Sorry.) Football Manager has him at that club up to 2011, and I know he was at Serbian White Eagles in the 2011 season. Apparently coaching at Ryerson now too: http://www.ryersonrams.ca/ViewArticle.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=22300&ATCLID=205425514 I think his dad is White Eagles player/coach stalwart Igor Prostran? Interesting find! THanks for the chase down, glad I had removed him from the list, he was far from that spot I guess! And I looked at the tone in my quote there, and laugh at myself. I think I was on hour 10 straight of chasing down info on guys and working on the list at that point. I'm glad there are others willing to do some of the chasing

Lavery was removed from the list 2 years ago when he switched to Northern Ireland. I can't remember if he played for Canada in an official match - which would mean he had to submit papers to switch to N. Ireland, but he was on the roster for the U17 qualifiers: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2009_CONCACAF_U-17_Championship_squads Unfortunately CONCACAF has removed the match reports from their site so no confirmation he has was officially capped for us at the youth level: http://www.concacaf.com/page/Under17s/HistoricalStats/0,,12813,00.html
