Not the best time for match viewing but if Grizzly can get his lazy night owl ass out of bed for this surely others can do likewise or take a long lunch from work. Let's arrange some viewing parties for this match and get a few people out at all the bars to watch the game!

Sorry but @ 8:30 am I am not even going tot try to organize a viewing party for a friendly v Armenia. Those watching in Victoria will be doing so over breakfast @ home I think. ;)

Yeah... little reluctant to try and play this up.

Also if anyone is organizing a party, please don't promise anything unrealistic so we are not burning bridges.

I know there was some contention about going to the Duke last time...

Name one bar in Canada that has a signed Canadian jersey on the wall, in fact they must have more Canada soccer stuff on the walls than all other bars in the country combined.

I don't think there's any contention about the Duke this time around.

You shouldn't be playing it down either. The bars mentioned are confirmed and will show the game so those wanting to watch it show feel free to show up to watch. Particularly advantageous is that all the other interesting friendlies on Wednesday start after our game so there is no conflict potential.

He might be talking about his television guide. Mine doesn't list it either. It's still listing tennis

He said "on Snet schedule" so I assumed he wasn't talking about his on TV guide. Either way Rogers in Ontario has the right info and as other people have already stated cable service guides are made long in advance so they're not always accurate. Trust Sportsnet's schedule, the game will be on.

Am going to try and get out of work to go down to Gracies..... Have a 1PM meeting that I need to try and postpone...

Wish I could be at Gracie's too but am stuck in a meeting in Toronto all day. And my hotel is a 10 min walk from the Duke of Gloucester. Anyone know if it'll be replayed tonight?
