I just checked and it's not there. Unfortunate, that. This Friday night's Impact game is on though, once again in glorious hi-def.
michaeltfc91
So is there going to be a huge celebration for whoever wins this tourney? Will we see the captain of the winner lift the trophy at center on a huge stage? I am going to the game and really want this to be a big deal for whoever wins
piltdownman
quote:Originally posted by Whither Canada This Friday night's Impact game is on though, once again in glorious hi-def. Really? I watched a Impact game on Radio-Canada last week and it looked like it filmed with a webcam.
CanadaTFC
True. although we rival Montreal, I will be in delight seeing two professional football clubs playing each other.

I know the US Olympic team begins training on July 20th but I thought I read that Edu & Wynne were joining up with that team later than that. VPjr
^ I agree with G-L. i think there is a good chance Marvell and Mo will be leaving for US Olympics training camp after the 22nd.

Gordon
Gotta say that, although I would have preferred that the Whitecaps won it, I am happy that it has worked out to a showdown "for all the marbles".
Richard
Rather embarrasing for MLS if the last placed USL-1 team wins the Canadian Championship.

Grizzly
In the first Canadian Championship game, U-Sector took a seat from Saputo Stadium home to Toronto. Tuesday the Ultras Montreal are travelling to Montreal to take home the Voyageurs Cup to Montreal!!!
TFC07
TFC will come out and dominate this game. Final score: 3-nil for good guys. Only the way TFC will lose this game is if the ref screw us over.
Mpenza
3-0, seeing the way they've played in this tournament so far, yeah it makes sense. Hahaha...

And here was I just thinking the results were because TFC was playing like crap.
Richard
It's always the referee's fault when your team loses don't you know!
michaeltfc91
The result coming from a TFC fan... TFC will get 40 shots, 20 on target, 5 posts and 5 offside goals and 80% possession and it will end 0-
TFC07
Well if we going to judge TFC based on this tournament, then TFC should beat Impact again. The ref screwed TFC on Canada day against whitecraps. Besides the loss against Vancouver, TFC haven't loss a game at home. This being a do or die game for TFC, I except them coming out aggressively while Montreal will just sit back and try to defend for 90 mins to get a draw. Cheeta
If Toronto plays anything like they've played the last couple of matches (most especially today) they could be in for a rough time on Tuesday. They have no rhythm whatsoever. Should be a very interesting match. Maybe not the best football but a very interesting match. Can quite easily see it getting chippy.
