^ I don't know, but that's a ridiculously young Primavera roster they have listed there. Might Marco be in training camp with the Sr. Padova team?

Nope i do not see him there eithe, r they have had 2 exibition matches already not in line up with 1st team either .... i also check the releases and transfer list that is required to done by certain date from all the primavera teams his name is not on it so i do not know im passing on what i see thats all I can do at the moment. If it comes up or if someone knows myabe they will post.

but right now he is not in Italy on any team yet registered with the leagues.

Saviola7 those are some sick players they have there, they may be young, but big time high expectation from where they came from and comments in general.

I know his eligibility is in doubt, but you may want to consider adding Abe Donzo

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abe_Donzo

Well, god knows what the FIFA rules actually are anymore because everything i thought was supposed to apply isn't applying these days and youths born outside Canada are still playing for us at the age group levels. If i recall the conversation though, i mentioned that even if he was born in Liberia he might still play for us if his adopted parents are recognized as his parents instead of the biological parents. Either way, i think he's going to be able to play for us. I'll add him when the signing is official.

Frank, i'll keep Marco on the list for now...if nothing appears in the next month or so though i'll remove him.

Anyone know of the whereabouts of Andrew Banjeree (SP?) who left the Canada Games a couple of years ago to train with Man U? He's 18/19.

At 18, Andrew Banerjee is now playing in his third WCP Cup. He has played for Saskatchewan teams, including the Canada Games team. He has been to the Manchester United training camp, and has now been asked to play with the Tivoli Gardens F.C. in the professional Digicel Premier League in Jamaica, with the hopes that this will open the door to play further professional soccer.

Banerjee has played soccer since he was four years old, so it has become a lifestyle, like it is for many. His background is Trinidadian, but he has an association with the Jamaican team,

who he has played with since he began playing in the WCP Cup. The best Jamaica has ever placed is second (the Republic of Ireland has won the men’s division almost each year), but Banerjee has high hopes for this year as the young team has grown. “It’s pretty competitive and a big learning experience,” said Banerjee of the WCP Cup. “It just pumps everyone up because the fans are cheering hard for their team and their country, and they don’t want to lose. I like to connect with people. You learn as you play the games, and it’s the best you can get. It’s just amazing.” Banerjee’s soccer career has grown since Chris Rose saw him play in Regina and brought him to Florida to train for 10 days. Rose, who played professionally in Jamaica, arranged for Banerjee’s tryout. Now Banerjee spends most of his time training for the game he loves.

“When I was young, I thought soccer was all physical. You always have to be in the best shape, but now I realize it’s 90 per cent mental,” said Banerjee, who is proof of how soccer can become such an important part of life. “When you get that mental part of the game, it just makes it that much more fun.”

Apparently Martin John, formerly of the University at Buffalo NCAA and from Ottawa is now on trial with Cardiff City F.C. of the Championship. Going based on his brother, and a brief blurb on wikipedia.

"The final match of Cardiff's pre-season saw Spanish side Deportivo de La Coruña travel to Cardiff City Stadium, winning 1–0 with a goal from Dioni. During the game, the club handed trials to Toni Kallio, Gregory Vignal and Martin John, although John played no part in the match.[15]"

The German version of Transfermarket website has a 'Eusebio Paredes' as a Canadian national team prospect. A 20 yr old Panamanian, he plays with Tauro FC in Panama who were eliminated from the CCL by Honduran side CD Marathon. They are sometimes mistaken but anybody know what's going on with that?

Does anyone know which club Jon Henry-Hayden is playing at these days? He's definitely not at Tooting & Mitcham United anymore.

He was at Staines Town in Nov. 2008:

...but finished the 2008/09 season with Metropolitan Police FC of the Isthmian League Division One South (8th-tier):

He's on my Facebook; so if nobody can find anything, I'll bug him on there. ;)

Tam Nsaliwa has signed a three year deal with Real Betis.

According to the article below, Nsaliwa had offers from English teams but preferred "to make his dreams come true" of playing in Spain.

http://www.contra.gr/Soccer/Spain/Segunda/Betis/284332.html (Greek)

I was looking into his whereabouts yesterday, his loan at LSK had ended in June and pretty sure AEK didn't want him anymore so he was in limbo. Good move for him i guess. He'll be battling with the likes of Mehmet Aurelio, Arzu and Juande for the central D-mid spots.

We do not have much quality depth in the central midfield, certainly not enough to call Nsaliwa expendable.

I totally agree. I would love to have him back as an option for multiple positions but I don't see him giving up his German passport even if he could get his Canadian one back.

Alright everybody. Lets stop this here. This thread is for movement of Canadian players abroad. Let's leave it at that.

Could you clean up the mess so people don't have to sift through 2 pages of Miros **** to get info. on the players?
