Bah.  It's matchday #1.  Not much to read into anything at this poiint but yeah....if Valour can't repeat the offensive dynamics of the 2nd half of 2021 that will be a liability.  

Romeo will need to improve over last season if we're to have  a hope and I don't know who's going to take ownership of the pocket in front of that last line since Ohin has landed in the infirmary.  There are questions that need answering.

However, that was two cracking goals we witnessed today.  Damn.

We will have to see how the foreign signings settle and contribute. I think other sides (outside Edmonton) have recruited better though. Having AJB back could be the difference maker.

Overdoing it a bit on Warschewski's goal. Well taken but a bicycle kick like that is a basic skill for a centre forward if you grow up like he did in a country where soccer is king.
