Funny seeing Ante Jazic's name pop up again on the latest MLS resupplewaiver draft list of available players. We can assume he's retired though, right?

A write up on Jazic's situation this past year: http://www.thegoatparade.com/2013/11/22/5128850/chivas-usa-2013-player-postmortem-ante-jazic-emilio-orozco-caleb-calvert

"Instead of Jazic going out on his own terms, perhaps playing one final season before hanging up his boots, he was kept on the roster all season, making the money contractually owed to him, but evidently not welcome to play or be with the team."

REB is still training with Stuttgart Kickers. They want to sign him but are seeing if they can manage it financially. They just cut 5 players from the 1st team and sent them to their 2nd team but are hoping one or more of these players can find another team so they would be freed from the contract making it easier for them to sign REB.

REB is still training with Stuttgart: http://www.kick-s.de/stuttgarter-kickers-stein-und-fennell-fehlen-in-side-bonsu-dabei

It sounds like he is having work visa issues, but I could be mistaken. He is training camp as a guest, in any case, which is promising.

There are a couple of hurdles to overcome one of which seems to be the work permit. The coach states that they are doing their best to resolve all the issues as soon as possible and also says that the fact that they have taken him to their training camp (in Turkey) is a clear signal (that he should be officially signed soon).

REB signing with Stuttgart Kickers seems to be getting closer and closer. The following article is entitled "Stuttgart Kickers Near to Signing Edwini-Bonsu". In it the coach is quoted as saying, "He has been with us for a long time and we are convinced that he can help us. We want him and he wants to come to us, there are only a few small details to clear up."

The following article about a friendly yesterday against PSV Eindhoven's reserve team (won by Stuttgart 3-1) has the coach stating about REB, "Randy showed when he had the ball that he has quality and is dangerous (to the other team). We still need to work on his tactical awareness."

Thanks for the information.

Banik are desperately looking for some new players to help them climb the table. Even though they haven't won that much in their history, they are still seen as one of the big clubs in the Czech Republic. They have the best fans in the Czech Republic, but the fans also have the worst reputation.
