Canadians MIA/UI List

A thread for guys out of contract (as of January, 2014) or plain old "missing in action." If we can keep track of them here in one place maybe we can help locate the odd lost soul.

This is mostly for guys who have had caps with the U20, U23 and senior teams (or a call-up to a MNT camp), or youth players of considerable promise.

Added Bourgeault who was released by St. Pauli and removed Gerba and Ornoch who are trialing (or soon to be) with Montreal and TFC respectfully

According to the Hamburger Abendblatt, Bourgault has offers from 2nd Bundesliga, Liga 3 and Regional League clubs and plans to remain in Germany.

Jack Stewart has retired, apparently:

"Two other former RailHawks to report on: Gavin Glinton, who had to have led the team in goals-per-minute last year, is playing in the Vietnamese League and Jack Stewart, who had a nasty season-ending leg break in 2009, appears to have hung up the cleats for good."

Wagenaar to trial with KC Wizards and so removed for the moment -

Paris Nakajima-Farran's contract at AC Horsens will expire at season's end and will not be extended, meaning he is looking for a new club already. Might he try-out with the Caps or Edmonton, or a lower league in Germany, perhaps? I can't imagine he is anything near MLS level but he is still quite young and has promise at 20, and a has spent some time in Europe:
