Obviously the keeper should have done better, a well worked goal, nice to see Morgan getting forward and crossing well!

Not a lot of chances, but you can tell that these are 2 quality teams. I think Forge should have had a penalty with that tackle on Pacius.

A fairly good half, too bad about the keeper error but I think Forge have been slightly better, Pacific was starting to find some joy down the flanks and if they can get some quality crosses in there are some good targets! This should be an interesting 2nd half, we haven't seen Forge play with the lead in CPL play, I expect they will be patient and play more on the counter!

Frustrating goal to concede. Forge seem happy to try and pull Pacific up field. We’ll have to push more in the second. I hope Manny and Kekuta are somewhat fit

The subs have made a difference, I may regret saying this but it is good to see a player of Aparicio's quality in this league, I'm glad he wasn't hurt as bad as once speculated!

Real quality on display in this match. If the rest of the teams can eventually get up to this level, I have no doubt the league will succeed long term!

James looked great on the ball and off it. I was also pleased with how confident I felt in Henry, as he has often made me nervous in the past.
One let down was Hamilton. I hope he can turn himself around and become a good player in this league. Tonight he really struggled to make any positive impact as he failed to hold the ball up a few times and gave away possession once where he was very lucky Forge didn’t concede.

Hamilton did have a critical block late from a corner kick.

He saved a sure goal with that block on Reid, but he might have lost his marker to begin with
