Match Thread: July 15, 2022 - York United v Pacific

York will be a bit thin in the middle with Wilson and Hernandez suspended.

Dada-Luke may be back in the lineup after being out for YCA. I thought in earlier games against York this year he was reluctant going forward due to Abzi. Let's see if that's changed. Daniels, dos Santos and Young have been playing well lately and hopefully get to start.

bustos and didic back in the 11...giguere to the bench...interesting that haynes starts and mukumbilwa and mavila on the bench...kratt and mourdoukoutas start again for york with a bunch of offensive players on the bench including new players santos and lawrie...york is at a low point and has to get at least a point out of this...nash will have to be more proactive and make changes quickly if its not working out

Johnston two bad plays in his half...one which leads to Giantsopoulos sliding and coliding with Daniels and them going at each other...Daniels gets his fourth yellow and suspended for next game...Giantsopoulos his third yellow

Nash is looking like a total joke...York fans should be calling for his head...and next game is away to Cavalry wow

Its a similar situation for a third year in a row. York have had another season of big additions that were robbed due to injury or visa situations. Throw in a new coaching team and philosophy and it's arguably trending towards a much worse league position than last year.

They were unlucky tonight. Kratt, Johnston and De-Ro were immense tonight. We will have to see if Mourdoukoutas will help but it seems they would have been better off saving money on the other Australian and getting a true quality leader and general in CM. There is lots of youth and excitement but the defensive side and

I don't think Nash gets the boot just yet but it depends how things are in the background. He was an underwhelming appointment at the time without doubt but he has also been dealt lots with injuries and disruption to planning. He needs results quickly though. I don't know if there are enough York fans to put the heat of McNabb or Nash to go.🤷‍♂️
