The rumour right now is that Montreal is going after Columbus Crew 2’s head coach. Per some statistical analysis I saw on twitter earlier today, CC2 plays the closest style in MLSNP to their parent club, so if Montreal lands a coach in the style of Nancy, I think that’s going to be really good for Saliba’s development next season.

Im really excited for saliba. Its a shame that we have kone, staq saliba choiniere and ali who are all, more or less box to box guys. No one is truly a creative midfielder or a defensive specialist even though these guys all contribute on both ends. 

I get the feeling that saliba is currently not the biggest compliment to a kone, staq midfield (stylistically). Anyone else have a more in depth knowledge and see anything in his game that suggests otherwise?
