Good - this is exactly my hope as this would be best for the MNT, IMO.

Olympique_de_Marseille
Good news. Agreed, as long as Wolves don't get relegated again.
jordan
I read in the Sun his contract was up in the summer, so 1 mill seems high.
Olympique_de_Marseille
I read in the Sun his contract was up in the summer, so 1 mill seems high. Ya, it does. But would it mean they rate him all the higher? If it does end up being true all the better for him I guess...
lowlander
And the latest from ESPN soccernet: "Chris Hughton is also looking to offload a striker from his squad. Simeon Jackson has been available for some time and it seems Derby County are interested."
Guest Brethers
I read on the BBC that Holt may be moving if they bring in some strikers, so it really could be anyone that leaves

TheKottonmouthed1555362307
I'd love to Jackson move out the Premier League. The Championship for the 40+ games or a top flight club in a Euro league. (Denmark, Belgium, and the Netherlands etc.) for some Europa/Champions action. Bottom Line Jackson needs to PLAY! Tarrius
Looks like Steve Morrison is on his way out to Leeds in a swap for Luciano Becchio. Looks like Jackson could be staying. I agree that it would be better if he was at a Championship side for more playing time.
Olympique_de_Marseille
Looks like Jackson could be staying. I feel this news makes the odds slightly higher that he will leave: http://www.fifa.com/worldfootball/clubfootball/news/newsid=2044356.html For Norwich to buy at that price means they will have to sell. Greatest Cockney Rip Off
Here is a much more reliable source on the move to Brighton. Still needs to finalized. http://www.theargus.co.uk/sport/10315727.Jackson_set_for_Albion_deal/

That post would have been a lot more substantial if you actually posted what was said on twitter, instead of making us search or guess? @andyNaylorArgus: Chris Hughton has just confirmed at his press conference no-one will be leaving Carrow Road today, Simeon Jackson included. #bhafc Sounds like Norwich wanted to keep Jackson. Too bad for him, because he could really use the playing time heading towards the Gold Cup.

They already signed a Dutch striker from Sporting CP, Ricky van Wolfswinkel.
Guest Brethers
Possibly until the end of the season. May well get a few more look ins but yeah with van Wolfswinkel joining in the summer he'll be right back to where he is now.
madmonte
Right, wow. Unlike Norwich's previous striker signings, who were "sure" to pass Jackson on the striker list, but really had no more experience or resume than Jackson...THIS guy is actually a real name on the rise. Great signing for Norwich! He actually had a better chance fighting Kamara for that spot.
TheKottonmouthed1555362307
Ricky van Wolfswinkel is a STUD. Major steal by Norwich, Ricky has everything going for him to be a major force in the EPL. He has taken a smart route to the EPL as well, there was surely suitors when he was on his way out of Utrecht, but he opted to go to Sporting instead of jumping into the spotlight of the EPL too fast. Not good news for Jackson though if in fact they are not gonna let him move. I hope he can secure a loan deal this summer or is his contract up in the summer?
