jonovision
I'm not sure where to put this, but it was good to see so many young Canadians playing for the three Canadian pro teams in their most recent matches. In total, 8 players 23 or under saw action: Vancouver: Alex Elliott (23), Luca Bellisomo (23), Randy Edwin-Bonsu (20), Philippe Davies (19) Montreal: Reda Agourram (19), Kevin Cossette (20) Toronto: Nana Attakora (21), Gabe Gala (20)

This was their first of 4 games in Boyd, Maryland which is a small city pretty far from Baltimore, closer to Washington though still not close. In the middle of nowhere but pretty nice stadium there. One would have to assume that they are not getting charged much or anything for it because one can't imagine that such a location is going to be good for attendance. http://www.palacebaltimore.com/facilities/stadium/index_E.html

See recap below http://www.mlssoccer.com/news/article/manchester-city-put-display-vs-portland Ross Smith played the first half of that one too. Looks like Man City played a lot of regulars to start, which is a far cry from United in Toronto, so good on them. Why did they play the match in such a small stadium? I can't imagine Man City coming to Vancouver and having the game at Swangard, for instance, which holds more than the 5,000 person sold-out crowd they had at Merlo Field.
