nolando
Was wondering what happened to our Canadians in Portland: "In their civvies: With the depth of this year's club, it will be interesting to keep an eye on who does and who does not suit up for matches. The inactive players against Rochester were: Keith Savage (injury), Ross Smith (injury), Adin Brown (injury), Josh Cameron, Bright Dike, Derek Gaudet, and Takayuki Suzuki." http://www.thewoodwork.org/page_62.html

nolando
Again no sign of Gaudet at Portland wins 3-0 over ASL. Pity, I thought he might have found a home for regular football at a decent level. At least the season is young: http://www.portlandtimbers.com/newsroom/pressreleases/index.html?article_id=1606
finchster
Why doesn't Andres Arango get a chance at the MLS level?
Mr.Impact
Why doesn't Andres Arango get a chance at the MLS level? Cause he's ..... not talented enough? Seriuosly this guy could look like Fabio Cannavaro one game, and then return to playing like Geoff Aunger. inconsistency is his biggest problem. nolando
May 19 - Rosenlund played until the 65 th min in Rochester's 1-0 loss to Baltimore: "Lilley said he thought Tyler Rosenlund and Alfonso Motagalvan, the 23-year-olds who have played so well, were “gassed” by the 60th minute and that’s why he got them out of there five minutes later. This was the biggest bump in the road so far for that UC-Santa Barbara duo that has done so well. It will be interesting to see how they respond. But there was a good rip from distance by Motagalvan in the first half and, as for Rosenlund, a nifty pass to himself OVER a defender and then attempt to chip the goalie. There are some guys with speed on this team, such as Ian Bennett, but the Rhinos need to find ways to use it and if teams are going to pack it in there won’t be much space. They’ll need to find ways to stretch defenses." http://blogs.democratandchronicle.com/devo/2010/05/19/rhinos-report-card-2/
