There is just too much congestion for it to happen in early 2024. I always thought it was more likely to happen the following year. Look at it from Fluminense perspective.  Club World Cup in late Dec(which is a big deal on SAmerica) SuperCopa home and away I think in Feb, State leagues start in I think late Feb. I don't have a link but it's been reported down there that it won't happen this year. It will happen but I think they need that annual Club World Cup out of the way for it to make sense
