the biologist
ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo yeah ... [8D] I knew Richard Legendre would achieve the goal, so the Impact can score some in our own backyard.
mtl-supporter23
Those are some really strong conditions... 1- no snow or ice accumulation on the roof at the beginning of the match. 2- no snow or ice accumulation on the tower and the cables before the match. 3- 24 hours in advance there can't be any snow or ice warnings for match time. Won't lie, condition number 3 scares the bajinkies out of me.

Lord Bob
And if one of the conditions doesn't come through, what happens? Postponement, presumably, as they surely can't relocate on twenty-four hours notice (on the bus, everyone, we're goin' to Toronto!). But has this been spelled out anywhere? squizz1402635577
Pardon me for being a buzzkill, but is this really a "done deal"? This article doesn't quote any sources. Where is the author getting their information from?
Mpenza
They can play the game on any of the three game dates set by CONCACAF. The Habs play on the 24th so the Impact opted for the 25th, with the possibility of rescheduling on the 26th if need be.

Kurosawa1555362267
Someone somewhere said there would be an official announement monday. That was before the Corus article, maybe they will advance it now. Who knows, anyway every clus we have had in the last couple of weeks point to this. It says if one of the conditions aren't met, then the Fire Department will make a judgement call. It's not 100% postponed if there's 0.5" of snow. Kurosawa1555362267
If that happens everyone with a ticket will be given a shovel and a rope and will be put to work.
Tuscan
This is fantastic (as long as it's accurate)!! Keep us up to date on the marketing efforts to garner interest in the game, hopefully they go big to get a massive crowd.

loyola
I'll try to attend as well. If I can have a confirmation the game will be played at 3h30 PM on game day, I'll be able to attend the game. It's tough to make a crowd prediction, it's such a unique event. I'm hoping for at least 20 000.
Lord Bob
I'm dreaming of getting in, but barring an unusually huge year-end bonus won't be able to. Still. I am at least looking at things...
kodiakTFC
it figures the game is during my reading week when I have to go back to Toronto. I've considered staying but I think the girl back home would kill me.
