The regulations state they can replace an injured player once the tournament has started only after the Group Stage. I haven't heard of any replacement though.

Adam Jenkins mentioned in the post game that although she was on the bench, she wasn't going to be playing because of concussion protocols. Didn't mention if she is expected to be good to go for next game or not.

Reminds me a lot of Borjan's save against Mexico in Edmonton during WCQ. WCQ may be a bigger deal than a brand new tournament, but this was a knockout game. Amazing save, I saw Canada's tournament end in my mind a moment before the save.
