Yukon Selects had tried to join the UPSL in 2020, but COVID shut that down and it looks like the league has shut down the Alaska division since preventing them now. Post #2 mocks the opening post, then thread author quotes poster #2 but (Google?) translates it into Portuguese -- say what?!? I cooked at the Westmark Hotel in Whitehorse for a summer and played in the summer league. It was awesome, except for the gopher holes, which were massive. Games were at 7pm and 9pm and there were no lights on the field because none were needed. The teams had names like Coke and Pepsi. This is all true. That's it. No other point to the story besides some Northern content. Just to keep things rolling in a random way. Carry on.
