I mean at this point there is no real sense of firing him mid season. A new manager isnt going to turn the team around we just dont have the firepower. I however find it hard to imagine a scenario where Hart comes back next year

he shouldnt be the coach for another minute...give dorado the interim and if he does really well he can be made the permanent coach...its actually a great situation to do it and evaluate dorado
