Anyone making a match thread for the game tonight?   Mine would probably be underwhelming.

Ya, it's tomorrow night; unlike the Men's U20, they have two rest days - not one!

I still think there will be plenty of rotation. Leon, Chapman, Grosso and likely St-Georges will all get the start for this match.

Once again the whole team didn't look great; a little pathetic that we couldn't get a 2nd goal. Now a draw against Costa Rica will not necessarily be enough to be first in the group I think? The tiebreaker is the disciplinary record?

Agreed. Yes, since they have identical goal difference and goals scored, it will come down to cards if they draw. Right now each team has one yellow. So, Leon's yellow for talking back to the ref hurts a little.

The nice thing about this format is second place in the group doesn’t hurt our Olympic prospects as much as previous cycles. It would suck not to make the final, but to miss the Olympic Playoff we would need to lose the group to CRC, lose to the US in the semi-final, and lose to Haiti/Jamaica in the 3rd/4th game. Not saying it can’t happen, but it really, really shouldn’t. Win 1 of 3 games and we still have a shot at the Olympics.

I think Priestman should stop the mix and match of the players and stick with what works.
