The release date for players for the CONCACAF W Championship is the Monday of the week preceding the week on which the tournament starts, which is June 27th. So in practice the June 20th release blends into the pre-tournament window.

So the CSA can technically play their second friendly match on the Wednesday, June 29th with no issues.

Or

They could also play two home matches earlier in the window and play a friendly in Mexico on let's say the Thursday, June 30th as prep.
