Crazy_Canuck
Ipswich youngsters Jordan Rhodes and Jaime Peters have agreed loan moves to League Two clubs. Striker Rhodes is joining Brentford while winger Peters is heading to Gillingham. Both the Bees and the Gills are heavily involved in the League Two promotion race and the duo will be with their new clubs for an initial month each. Manager Jim Magilton told the club's official website: "It's important that we get our young players out on loan and playing games every week. "They will gain more from playing in football matches where there is a lot at stake than playing in the reserves and we see it as important in their development as players." Sam
Ever since the U-20s Jamie Peters career has gone downhill, hopefully he can find his form again at Gillingham playing with Simeon.
tarnado1555362291
Finally, Peters might get some playing time and be able to develop further at Gillingham. It's been way too long since I can remember him playing, maybe around Christmas time in 2007 was the last I saw him for Ipswich.
Desigol
Peters needs to get a PERMANENT move to further his career. Hoping for loan spell after loan spell isn't good for someone with International Aspirations. People may deride the MLS, but at least it would give North American players some much needed Playing Time. Canada's main problem is fielding ring rusty players who vegitate with a European Club. Bertuzzi44
Wow, maybe ManU or Chelsea would have been better destinations for Peters development? Or maybe...he just kinda sucks? Hard to say that after seeing some of his performances, though.
VPjr
Jamie's career has certainly stalled. hopefully this kick starts a rennaissance for him. I'm not 100% convinced about Peters and he's not even remotely on the NT radar these days but I'm hopeful that he can develop the confidence and soccer smarts to go along with his excellent athletic ability in order to force his way back on the NT radar. loyola
Wasn't he injured for the first half of the season?
Ivan
He also did quite well on loan to Yeovil in League One last year.

For what it's worth, Gillingham manager said in this yesterday article that he hasn't received enquiries about his players: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/low/football/teams/g/gillingham/7845728.stm
I_AM_CANADIAN
I think Jackson is worth a lot more to the Gills than Peters, according to someone I know who's a fan he's the first striker in a very long time to score 10 goals for Gillingham before Christmas. I don't think they'd give him up.
