Lord Bob
I'd give the Impact 2-to-1 odds against that lineup.

Cann, Gbeke, Pozniak? Three guys who all played for Vancouver this year. No offense to Vancouver fans. Harmse? ugh. Ugly team I guess we knew that though

Lord Bob
This isn't so much 'giving the kids experience' as 'playing random guys with Canadian passports'.
morbital
Vancouver won the championship my friend, knocking off montreal along the way, the puerto rico islanders, and embarassing TFC at home. yeah they played for vancouver, they must be terrible.... Well Johnson, Ledgerwood, Hainault and de Jong will be around next cycle. Edgar has not done SFA to deserve a sport over any of those players. You could argue against Cann but he seems to be a pet project of DM.

I think Edgar has more premier league starts this season then Cann has starts in Denmark. Add the fact that he is 7 years younger and its really puzzling why Cann has been given the nod. pRoke
quote:Originally posted by loyola Did you see him play??? Looked way out of his league. To be fair, Edgar was playing at rightback. In the match I saw this year he made a very good defensive play, but looked out of place for the most part and couldn't get a cross in.

He may not have but I saw every match he played this year. He was good, average at worst not way out of his league.... Cann was out of his league vs. St. Vincent... Im not saying that. I am just saying and you should agree the national team shouldn't be starting players from ANY of our Canadian teams except maybe TFC and not including Harmse. Our national club teams arent at the right level yet.
