It will be important to exploit cheap talent from other countries, but we don't want a situation where we are helping out our concacaf rivals like the Americans are doing with MLS. There should be a CIS draft every year to provide a pathway for CIS players. Yeah, I wonder what this will be... I hope it will be at least 1/2 of the squad size, i.e. if the initial squad size is 22, then IMO domestic quota should be at least 11.
