Blue and White Army
Shows how crap the Vancouver Sun is, having to publish articles written by Whitecaps employees instead of having the qualified staff writers and interest in soccer to write one themselves. Blue and White Army
Simon Fudge used to write match reports for Planet Football (which was eaten by Sky Sports) in the UK. He was based in Leeds, I believe. He's returned home and has been working for the Whitecaps for a season or two now.

The chants were funny and entertaining. Hope to contribute my voice little more next game. Cheers and thanks.

Calgary Boomer
I noticed on TV how loud the section was...maybe it was a field mic or something...but it was noticeably clearer than I recall. It looked and sounded really good there. The Simon Fudge-Harry Potter comment was priceless. He actually looks like a Harry Potter character! snake
the southside was definately mic'ed added a lot of atmosphere,id say the experiment was a success
Calgary Boomer
the Duze made a nice plug for the SS'ers in his "Goal" column today, and is encouraging people to join up and savour the atmosphere behind the South goal, even giving Johnny's contacts. So, good on the lads for getting together. In essence, the knuckleheaded security guards may have inadvertantly helped resurrect the Southside. The Beaver
And Bobby knows that what makes TFC great is the bloody roaring fans, and knows that we must nurture the growth of our own rabid-fan base. You can't piss on the Southsiders; you need them!
