NDS Fired

It HAS to be Marc Dos Santos. The guy is close to getting his UEFA A license (he already has a B license). He's a great guy too and anyone who saw the Attak play last season knows the guy has talent. He built the team from nothing and won the canadian open cup and went to the CSL semis.

Di Pietrantonio, because of his work with the Quebec selections, would be a good fit to replace Dos Santos with the Attak. He could bring in the best prospects in the Quebec talent pool and have them ready to join the Impact.

And since it makes such obvious sense, it's not going to happen.

I think you are correct on all 3 counts. Damn you should be a sports writer!

CTV has just reported that the new coach will be former Impact player, John Limniatis. According to CTV we are not rid of NDS either, he is becoming general manager, a poor move because he is unable to evaluate talent.

Hmmm. Unless it's effectively just a figure head position to occupy until the end of the season. A step closer to the exit and the final push out the door.

Anyway, I doubt there is anyone too surprised in Montreal by this.
