The Beaver Posted February 8, 2006 Share Posted February 8, 2006 Both goals deserve support, but I'm going with the free kick because the angle you get from behind DeRo is pretty amazing and should make it easier for other voters to opt for him. The other goal is as technically difficult to pull off--perhaps more so because the ball is in motion, in the air, and DeRo has his back almost to goal--but the clip isn't as easy to see and may not be a fair display of what he's really achieved. What do you think about this Pierre van Hooijdonk free-kick against Freiburg in 2002 ?? This free-kick saved our asses in the 2 legs against them and literally brought us Feyenoord fans the Uefa Cup in 2002.
