I have a weird question for everyone here - I'm gonna be (trying) to interview George Pakos tomorrow for my university paper. I've done a bunch of digging in newspaper archives but fact is, I've never met the man and I wasn't alive or remotely close to being alive in 1986. But I have fallen in love with his story! Just curious... has anyone here met him? Interestingly...he was recently interviewed for France Football, if I'm reading this tweet correctly... Onelessstar Posted November 13, 2022 Share Posted November 13, 2022 (edited) I played against him regularly and several times with him on select teams and in training centres (80s and 90s) but was really only acquainted with him.
