TRM
Aside from the first 10 minutes that was one of the best games I've seen the Caps2 play. Once they got used to the surface, rain and had a fire lit under their butts being down 0-1 they really came to life. Their passing was a thing of beauty to watch. On a side note I would not mind MDS getting an interview for the Caps coaching job should it come open.
Dub Narcotic
Great gritty win indeed, I didn't give them much of a chance. Jonny Grant got some garbage time minutes for SPR as well.

Great pace, great crosser, good finisher, not afraid to go 1v1.
Dub Narcotic
It's crazy how many good left-sided prospects are all across the NA pyramid right now: Levis, Edwards, Pasher, Awuah and Adekugbe come to mind right away.

And on the right side we have Aird and Henry out of position. Why can't some of those lefties be ambidextrous? Nothing wrong with Aird but rather limited choice compared to the left side. Aird, Chung, Malik Johnson, Chris Serban isn't too bad of a list if you assume that Johnson moves to fullback at some point.
TRM
True but we have more on the left who have made it to at least playing at MLS level than on the right. Hopefully some of the RBs will take it up a notch next season.

We won't need a proper good one until the round we just lost in, more than likely anyway

Hopefully some will soon so we can have some competition for the spot. That is always a healthy thing.

Seems like there is the opinion that 18 year old Kadin Chung is doing very well and maybe he could be the answer.

Also Zachary Brault-Guillard is a RB and could be fast-tracked to senior team to ensure he doesn't play for France.
toontownman
Great story for Levis if he can push his way into the Whitecaps first team. Has looked fresh and exciting everytime he has played.
Unnamed Trialist
I personally don't think that was the best game for either Levis or Chung, they were competent, for example al lot of Colorado attacks got past Levis, and Chung made a dumb give away that led to their goal, apart from getting pushed off the ball early. Then he rectified and was better. Vancouver plays OKC Energy in Van at Thunderbird, Saturday the 8th at noon local time.
