Bxl Boy
La Louvière plays against Westerlo sunday on 20:00. Klukowski is unsure : he left the training friday because a "contracture aux adducteurs" (I don't know how you say that in english).

Usually should be rested a few days unless it loosens up fully and he can train on it without fear, or else he could exacerbate it.
Guest Jeffery S.
Jason de Vos played 90 as Wigan won away to direct rival Preston 2-4. Playing now, Radz started on the bench for Everton home to Charlton, while Hirschfeld is backing up Keller for Spurs. Div One, Brennan also started on the bench for Norwich, while Sheffield Utd goes later vs. West Brom in a battle to stay in promotion spots. Div. 2, Bent is not dressed for Plymouth, home to Rushden and D., Marc Bircham is playing for QPR who are leading Brighton 2-1, and Hume started for Tranmere, scoreless at home vs. Hartepool. Div 3 Terry Dunfield started for Bury away to Scun-thorpe, still scoreless. Good news in Scotland, as Rhian Dodds has got a start with Kilmarnock who are up 1-0 over Dunfermline. Hearts goes tomorrow vs. Celtic at home. No word on Xausa playing for Falkirk, while Morton's 2nd div. match has been postponed.
Guest Jeffery S.
Radz came on m. 57 but it wasn't enough as Everton fell to Charlton at home. Spurs beat Liverpool 2-1 with Lars on the bench. Div One Brennan did not get off the bench for Norwich, who were ahead 2-3 over Rotherham, who then got two to go ahead 4-3 with a man down, but Norwich scored late to draw 4-4 in a lively game away. Div. 2 Plymouth beat Rushden and D. 3-0 without Bent to stay on top. Marc Bircham played for QPR who beat Brighton and Hove 2-1, they are second in the division. Hume played 90 for Tranmere, and was very active but it ended scoreless at home vs. Hartepool. Div 3 Terry Dunfield played 90 for Bury away to Scun-thorpe, ended scoreless. Rhian Dodds was subbed off with 13 m. left as Kilmarnock drew 1-1 to Dunfermline. BBC Scotland radio announcers had praise for the "young Canadian" who I think plays striker. This is his third league match for the team.
hamiltonfan
Pesch scored in the first minutes of Sheffield vs. West Ham to get his 8th goal of the season. It's 1-0. jonovision
Peschisolido draws a penalty that could have made it 3-3, but it is saved. Edit: It ends 3-3, Sheff Utd gets a goal in injury time with a corner kick goal. Peschisolido went the 90+ minutes. It sounded like a really exciting game. BC supporter
And not to forget Mark Rogers, on loan from 2nd division Wycombe to Stevenage of the Football Conference. He played 90 today as Stevenage beat Burton Albion 1-0. (I think it was his first game.) Stevenage are 10th in the 22 team league.
Peschfan
Cracking match, I got to watch it. Pesch played really well scoring, drew a penalty, helped on the second goal and created problems all night. Nice to see him in good form.
DJT
One report indicates that Rocco Placentino will get his first Serie B start for Avellino versus Catania on Monday. I guess this would be in response to his impressive display as a sub last week.
Cheeta
McKenna's on the bench. Webster starts. Thought McKenna had an ailing back. Big Kev got sub'd on with 5 to play for Hartley (who realy should have scored on a free header in the first half) as Levein throws everything but the kitchen sink at Celtic looking for the draw as Hearts go down 1-nil at Tynecastle. Not much doing at that point. Aggressive Hearts maybe a bit hard done by.
Bxl Boy
Klukowski didn't begin the game of La Louvière against Westerlo (sun 14:00 ET) Even... he was on the official game paper but was ill and the decision he wouldn't play was taken at the las minute If you want to listen to it (in french) : http://www4.rtbf.be/rtbf_2000/radios/lapremiere.m3u
Guest Jeffery S.
Klukowski did not play as La Louvière could only draw 1-1 home to Westerlo. Milad Rahmati, who it was mentioned had been moved up to the first side of Charleroi, did not play in their draw today. That team is last in the league. Guest Jeffery S.
Fernando Aguiar did not play in Benfica's win today over Boavista, 3-2. I don't know the reason or if he was even in the squad.

DoyleG
Simon Rayner didn't play this week as Port Talbot's match with Connah’s Quay was called due to a waterlogged pitch. The team currently sits in mid-table.
Guest Jeffery S.
Aguiar was on the bench for Benfica in their weekend game. AS they have received 5 goals in two games -where the press thought they played well, oddly enough- perhaps coach Camacho could think again of a certain fellow who has been helping them hold down the midfield. Kevin de Serpa did not even sit on the bench for Penafiel, who lost at home. Perhaps the international transfer is still in the works.

Blue and White Army
Elliott Godfrey started for Watford Reserves in a 2-2 draw against Nottingham Forest. No word on whether Godfrey was subbed out, but it is confirmed he did not score. One Watford fan at the match summed Godfrey's performance as doing "sod all". Edit: Apparently Godfrey didn't have too bad a game after all. Two bits from the official game report on the Watford website (http://www.watfordfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10400~477663,00.html): "In the opening five minutes Bouazza shot over from Elliott Godfrey’s cross and Young tested Roche with a low volley. "Watford’s opener was a textbook goal. Godfrey won a fine flick on in the middle of the park to release Young down the right flank and his pinpoint cross was glanced in off the far post by the French striker."
