I wouldn't rule out a neutral venue either. Travel is a major unknown right now. Nfitz is right.

It would suck from a competition POV, but at least you have some level of control if you are concacaf. If I were them I wouldn't want to be left at the mercy of possible government travel restrictions that may occur without warning. They at least need to keep something like that as a plan B.
