Beckham's "rights" to Miami are still in effect and I am pretty sure he won't be able to buy out this one.
BringBackTheBlizzard
...and it's worth bearing in mind that Beckham's MLS in Miami move came before the NASL accepted FC Miami. Think the latest is that Beckham still needs to find an investor as what he is trying to do is profit from the very low expansion franchise fee that he has access to by providing an easier pathway into the league and that once that investor is in place things will start to roll on the stadium deal that they already have negotiated. If/when that happens it will probably be game over for the Miami NASL team (and the one in Fort Lauderdale team if they find a way to keep it going).
