Cheeta
F'uk, PLF. Just another footie gangster film. Wish I remembered the name of it, but the CBC showed a BBC documentary a couple of years ago which might interest you. More or less a look at the evolution of the hooligan in the age of high tech security. Part timers, full timers and everyone in-between. Very well done and overall quite interesting actually, whether you're an English football fan or no. Anyway. UP THE HAMMERS!

It was, and is, at least in the UK. Such a name really wouldn't make sense in the US.

Ok then this is the film that West Ham sued the makers of it because they had agreed the makers to use their club in the picture, because they thought it would have to do with the team and not with hooliganism. youllneverwalkalone
Anybody else watched this yet? A little too dramatic for me, although funny that Millwall supporters are shown for the ****s they really are.
Blue and White Army
Whoops, my mistake. It's known as "Green Street Hooligans" in the UK as well.
jmcnally
I think it's to be called just "Green Street" in the UK. My favourite footie mag When Saturday Comes panned it, saying "Green Street is a film about English football hooligans made for an American audience" and unequivocally calls it a turkey. Blue and White Army
You're right, they cut the "Hooligans" bit out of the title, at least in the UK. Saw it the other night... wasn't bad!

CanadianSoccerFan
Great film. I figure Millwall would want to sue to the film makers just as much as West Ham.
