It looks like the third tier is like the German fourth, a sea of regional leagues, in this case semipro, which doesn't necessarily discount quality but doesn't endorse it either. Transfermarket has a Canadian flag next to his Portuguese flag now. Let it be known that I want a finder's fee if this guy becomes the next Pedro Pacheco or Tony Menezes.
