An Observer
He didn't look to good on the goal. A free kick from just outside the box and the player hammered it but it was to the side that Hirschfeld was standing on. He should have stopped or at least got a hand to it. Luis_Rancagua
The next game for Lars and the the gang is this Thursday (August-11 2005) when Tromso takes-on EfB of Denmark for the second qualifying round of the UEFA Cup. There's also an article on Patrice Bernier. I think the article talks about him and his important role he will play during the UEFA game. Here's the article: http://www.vg.no/pub/vgart.hbs?artid=285428 It would be nice if someone here could translate this article. Tromso is eventually back to Norwegian action on Saturday (August-13 2005) when they take-on Rob Friend's Molde. The pressure is already starting mount on Tromso. The club needs to start winning games or else they could kiss bye bye to the Nrowegian Premiership as relegation is becoming so ever real. The club sits right now at 2nd last place in the standings of the Norwegian Premiership.

mjoni
The Bernier article muses about Bernier's future (ie, if he plays in the UEFA cup with Tromsö then he's not eligible for Besiktas, who are still interested although Tromsö declined their offer of just under 2 million CAD). Besiktas has not included Bernier's name on their player list which was submitted to UEFA. Tromsö is playing their cards right, banking on the fact that because Besiktas is in need of a midfielder, they're going to be desperate soon and then pay more for Bernier. Besiktas just signed Kleberson. Will they still be interested in Bernier? I thought Bernier was a backup if the Kleberson deal fell through.
