OANA. All rights reserved. SEOUL, July 14 (Yonhap) - FIFA vice president Jack Warner said Wednesday that South Korea is fully prepared to host the 2007 Under-20 World Cup. In light of South Koreans' enthusiasm for soccer during the 2002 World Cup, Seoul has full capabilities to hold the Youth World Cup successfully, he said. Warner is visiting Seoul to watch a Wednesday friendly between South Korea and Trinidad and Tobago. Buoyed by the successful hosting of the 2002 World Cup, South Korea is pushing to host the 2007 World Youth World Cup and the 2011 Women's World Cup. South Korea is currently vying with Canada and the United States in its bid for the youth soccer tournament. South Korea and Japan co-hosted the 2002 World Cup.
