When there is no Canadian rights holder for a UEFA event, it is typically streamed for free on uefa.tv or app. This was the case for women's Euros last year and Euro/WC qualifiers till DAZN picked it up. u21 matches are listed under Upcoming Live Events https://www.uefa.tv/ masster 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think the Spain games, and maybe others, are on the TVE international channel. But not sure. Or on the Teledeporte. Spain-Romania yesterday, 3-0, in Bucharest (the tournament is held in Romania and Georgia). Very poor Romanian side in a stadium with a big crowd.
