Guest Dave
HaHa.. loved it when Groundskeeper Willy decided to start a soccer riot... Does anyone find one anouncer sounds like "speedy gonzales" from the old bugs bunny cartoons?
sstackho
I thought that playing Winning Eleven in Spanish would help with things like this, but all I learned was "throw in", "corner kick", "foul" and "let's take a look at that from a different angle". The Ref
The stretcher has been busy for Hondurans getting hurt. Peters is causing problems for Ramos and Eysaguirre. Ryan playing very smartly. Still 0-

TorontoInferno
These announcers are great! I think if Gerry Dobson wants to become more 'authentic' he needs to get some pointers from Speedy Gonazales... I know i would not want to throw things at my tv if Gerry talked like that... The Ref
According commentators: Honduras had several chances against a very tough rival. But Canada seems to be playing for a tie game. Honduras wants to win at any cost. Referee (from Costa Rica) appears to be more severe against Honduras with Yellow cards.
The Ref
By the way the server is slower than a turtle with arthritis. More comments: Most of play has been in midfield with not many chances of goal. Honduras needs to risk more and move midfields up to as to help their strykers. Need to pressure the Canadians more.
