Maybe he does a good job talking things out but i'm not hopeful. The best chance this thing has is if the new guard of MLS ownership looks at the old guard and tells them to stuff it. Tuscan Posted March 9, 2010 Share Posted March 9, 2010 If he is functioning as a straight up mediator, he will not bring his own ideas into the discussion, but rather keep things on topic and remove ambiguity from proposals. In my opinion, this negotiation needs someone brought in who will basically make the decisions for the two parties so that bad blood won't continue between the two until the next CBA runs out.
