It's actually the TARDIS in its traditional disguise as a British telephone booth, in a preview photo from the new series of Doctor Who due to air in 2005. This photo shows Hargreaves exiting the TARDIS after the Doctor told him to piss off and to try to join the crew of the latest Star Trek spin off instead.
